The Jacksonville Fine Arts Festival will be held March 24 and 25 in Boone Park in Avondale. The festival is both juried competition and public arts sale, with handcrafted pieces in wood, ceramics, digital media, metals, paintings and other media available. Come to shop or browse. There’s free parking in the area, as well as parking at Florida State College at Jacksonville’s Kent Campus with shuttle service available. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
