Free yoga is available on Yoga Day USA. Various establishments in Florida are offering yummy muscle-stretching workouts to the public on Saturday, Jan. 23.
They include
* Yoga 4 All Studio, 8836 Seminole Blvd., Seminole, , 727-392-9642
Donations accepted for the SPCA of Tampa Bay.
* Weston Yoga, 2600 Glades Circle, Suite 400, Weston,
954 349-6868. Free yoga classes during the day. Donations accepted for the Humane Society of Broward County.
