To celebrate its 25th anniversary, CiCi’s Pizza is offering an anniversary price of $3.99 for its buffet. Given that it’s an all-you-can-eat buffet with pizza, salad, pasta and dessert, that’s cheap. And there’s no coupon required to get the deal.
This deal has been extended through March 28.
