Free Gospel music in Miami

mdcgospel In observance of Black History Month, Miami Dade College will present its fourth annual free Gospel Explosion and Soul Food Fest from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at the North Campus. 11380 NW 27th Ave., North Miami .

Featured performers will include Unspeakable Joy, Deity Praise Dancers, the Greater Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church Young Adult Choir and  Faithful Few Singers. The event will conclude with a free serving of soul food, courtesy of local restaurants and donors.

Leader to The Los Angeles Times and The Miami Herald, where she worked most recently.
